Transparent Warranty Coverage is designed to be a simple as possible. If you have purchased a coverage through one of our Warranty Specialists, follow the simple steps below to process your claim.

1. Damage Occurs

Take note of the location, size and time in which the damage occurred on your protected vehicle. You will need these bits of information to help initiate the claims process.

It is also helpful to have other information such as your name as it appears on the warranty, warranty number, installing Warranty Specialist and state your warranty is registered in.

If any of this information is not readily available, no worries, we’ll find you in our system.

2. Initiate Claim

We have live Claims representatives here at Transparent Headquarters ready to assist. Simply, call (844) 231-1110 to speak with a representative.

If it is after business hours, or you’d prefer to start the process electronically, you can start the claims process online.

3. Repair Appointment

Once your claim has been approved and processed, an approved repair vendor will contact you directly to schedule an appointment for your repair.

Please allow up to 48 business hours from the time your claim was approved to initial contact from Repair vendor.
