Take note of the location, size and time in which the damage occurred on your protected vehicle. You will need these bits of information to help initiate the claims process.
It is also helpful to have other information such as your name as it appears on the warranty, warranty number, installing Warranty Specialist and state your warranty is registered in.

2. Initiate Claim

3. Repair Appointment
Once your claim has been approved and processed, an approved repair vendor will contact you directly to schedule an appointment for your repair.
Please allow up to 48 business hours from the time your claim was approved to initial contact from Repair vendor.
